Everything was fine! Somewhat impersonal, but your primary contact was with my spouse. It seemed sometimes there were gaps in communication and wait times, but when your team was waiting on something there was lots of contact. A little bit of communication on expectations would be nice. Also, when closing it all happened very fast, requiring me to reschedule things in order to attend.
